Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and location. Standard UK delivery usually takes e.g., 3–5 working days, while express options may arrive sooner. All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.  Please bear with us during these times.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times
UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
International Delivery: 7-14 business days

Shipping Costs
We are a small independent business so currently shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and value of your order. Free standard shipping is available on all UK orders over £30.  Standard shipping under £30 is £2.99.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

We use Royal Mail for all UK shipments. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method and order value. Any customs or import duties for international orders (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
