Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds
We hope you love our products but want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 21 days of receipt, in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.  Please note that in the interest of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hartleynoelattic@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund using your original payment method within e.g., 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately at hartleynoelattic@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including any original shipping costs, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
